This Privacy Policy explains how SwagCity (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Zorbit, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SwagCity mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account information (such as your name and email when you sign in with Apple or Google), photos and images you upload to create swags, usage data (features used, device type, app version), purchase and subscription information processed by Apple and RevenueCat, and diagnostic or crash data to improve reliability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and deliver AI-generated swags, manage your account and credits, process purchases and subscriptions, provide customer support, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations. Images you upload are processed solely to generate your requested swags.
3. AI Processing
When you create a swag, your uploaded image and selected style prompt are sent to our generation providers (including Replicate) to produce the result. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use. Generated outputs are stored so you can view them in My Swags.
4. Storage & Sharing
We store account, credit, and swag data using Supabase and related cloud services. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run SwagCity (authentication, storage, payments, AI generation, analytics) under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.
5. Photos & Device Permissions
SwagCity may request camera and photo library access so you can take or select images and save completed swags. Permission is optional for browsing, but required for those features. You can change permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain account and swag data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account. That removes your account, swags, and related personal data from our systems, except records we must keep for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. To prevent free starter credits and weekly Pro credit allowances from being claimed repeatedly, we may retain one-way hashed sign-in identifiers and records of which subscription periods have already been credited. These records cannot be used to reconstruct your email address or identity token. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credit balance, including purchased credit packs, and does not cancel or refund an Apple subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
SwagCity is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Your Choices
You can update profile details through your sign-in provider, manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings, control photo permissions in iOS Settings, delete your account in Settings → Delete Account, and contact us at help@zorbit.com.au for access or correction requests where applicable.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of SwagCity after changes means you accept the updated policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
